Cordia Resources continues to grow our talented team with our new Recruiter, Deirdre Rector!
Deirdre is based out of our Tysons Corner office and will be focused on recruiting for our temporary staffing practice through sourcing, qualifying, and building long-term relationships with job seekers in the Northern Virginia area. Deirdre is looking forward to helping candidates meet their career goals and making a difference in their lives.
Prior to Cordia Resources, Deirdre worked as the Student Service Coach for Strayer University in Washington, D.C. She provided academic support to first year students applicable to all aspects of the students life task: academic, personal, social, and career. Currently, Deirdre is working on her Masters of Science in Management Degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2021. Deirdre’s main goal in life is to help people change their lives.
Deirdre will be working alongside our Senior Resource Manager, Jordan Willetts, whom commented, "We are excited to have Deirdre join the Cordia Resources team! We have grown rapidly the last year and she will be a great asset to help ensure we meet all of our clients needs in the fast paced temporary staffing business."
